Xmas was spent with mormor in Mosjøen. We drove by car and spent the night in Trondheim at David and Elin's. As usual, xmas preparations keeps us very busy, so when xmas eve came and we could all relax with the traditional "pinnekjøtt" (salted lamb ribs) and champagne and aquavit, we were all relieved. The raminder of the evening was spent opening all the gifts. I got the one thing I wished for the most: my own umbrella - with Pippi Longstocking print. Abi got a doctor's set from mummy and daddy, which was a huge success. Unfortunately mummy had accidently left her and daddy's gift from them to me at home, it was the blue watch with hearts that I had pointed at at the jewellery shop earlier this year, but at least I got it when we returned.
On New Year's eve we set off fireworks from mormor's garden. Abi was very scared and started crying, so we had to bring her inside again.
