Yesterday evening we drove all the way to Trondheim to take part in cousin Marit's confirmation. Since Abi complained a lot during the first 2 hrs of the journey, we thought we'd never get there, but when both of us finally fell asleep the drive went very well.
The ceremony was held at Olavshallen and afterwards we went for dinner at a v. nice Italian restaurant called Primo at Solsiden just across the bridge from Olavshallen. I had a fab time since both Theodor (2.5) and Marit's cousin Emilie (3) were there so I had someone to run around and have a laugh with. Jumping down the stairs there was also a favourite activity - oh yes, I have become very good at jumping now due to my intensive training since easter.
We headed back again on Sunday. Journey went much better this time and we spent "only" about 7.5 hrs including a food break at our new favourite place, Steinbua in Elverum.
