2nd birthday!
Ginormous balloon!
On 26th of April I turned two! The celebrations started in kindergarden where I had brought everyone at my unit 'Knøttene' brownies. I was given a gorgeous crown with my name in sparkling/glittering letters. In the early evening I had a party at our house, with sponge cake, chocolate cake, more brownies and lots of sandwiches. Ingunn was there, and so was Nicklas and his parents Kristine & Wouter. Marie and her mum Tonje were there plus Espen and Aleksandra came with their dad Chris. Later in the evening Malu dropped by as well. We had lots and lots of fun with the birthday-balloons my dad had bought. Some of them were even bigger than me.
I got many great gifts....including a (toy)-laptop, toys for the sandpit, puzzles, a new lunch box, clothes, a wooden train, hair accessories, books...etc etc.

The next day we headed to our hytte. Grandma and grandpa in London were supposed to arrive the same afternoon, but thanks to technical problems with their plane, they arrived in the middle of the night next day.
The celebrations continued at the hytte, with champagne (which I had a taste of and kept coming back for more until mummy thought I'd had more than enough), left over cake, BBQ food and more gifts! I got duplo (Lego), a xylophone and not least an electric soap bubble machine! I love soap bubbles!
On Sunday we went for a cross-country skiing trip. We had rented a double-'pulk' - a kind of sledge used for pulling children along when you're skiing. My dad said it was very hard work! Grandma and grandpa thought it was more efficient to go by foot uphill rather than ski, but there was too little snow anyway (the season had ended 2 days before) so we sat down to drink cocoa after just a few hundred metres.
Grandma and grandpa had bought us Buzz - a hilarious quizz-show game for the Playstation. Looks like great fun, but I'll have to be a bit older before I'll understand the technicalities of it. The grown-ups (and particularly mummy) seemed to enjoy it lots.
