Guess what...I went on my first ever visit to a kindergarden today! My mum took me to the 'åpen barnehage' at St Hans Haugen. This is a place children who don't have a regular kindergarden-space can come and play and meet other children. We met Nicklas and his nanny Malu there too. At first I wanted to stay as close to mummy as possible, but soon I was crawling all over the place, flirting with the other grown-ups and playing with both Nicklas and a 11 month old girl called Julia. A little 2-year old girl gave me a hug when she left :) I forgot all about mummy, which actually made her very pleased since this means it probably won't be problematic when I'm due to start regular kindergarden. There were plenty of exciting toys (inlcuding a little tunnel, shaped as a caterpillar and a mini-slide) and books there and I'll definately have to come back soon since I enjoyed myself so much!
