We have spent a week at the hytte in Trysil. My parents friends Matt and Nick also came to stay with us to enjoy some skiing and snowboarding.
My parents bought me a sledge ('akebrett' in Norwegian), which I have mixed emotions about. I would enjoy it one second and then cry lots the next. I also visited the Legoland at the 'Høyfjellsenter' at Fageråsen and was very busy playing with the advanced (i.e. smallest) Lego pieces. After I got bored with that I tested out the Duplo pieces more aimed at my age group.
Unfortunately poor mum got the flu on Thursday and is still feeling poorly but luckily well enough to be able to pack up and leave today.
I haven't been great either, but only when being in the car luckily. have had a history of throwing up in the car on longer journeys, but today I really overdid it and threw up 4 times on the way back! It was almost like a remake of the Exorcist with the amounts I managed to vomit! Guess this means travel sickness tablets before every car journey lasting more than 15 minutes from now on!
