This year as well as last, we drove to Mosjøen for easter. On the way up we stayed at a hotel in Stjørdal right north of Trondheim before driving further north to mormor's house in Mosjøen. This was the first time mormor met Abi ans she was just as "nuts" about her as she was about me when I was that age.
We had a good time at mormor's but we had to stay indoors most of the time since the weather was a complete disaster - and described as "dangerous" on the weather forecast. We had snowstorms and even hail and a 30 cm snowfall in just one day! In all her life mummy has never seen weather like that in Mosjøen in April, and she only brought summer shoes. So instead of being outside we had a good time inside playing racing games on our new Playstation. Well, mummy and daddy anyway. I was practising my jumping skills...I go "en to tre....jump!" and almost manage to lift both feet off the ground.
On Saturday we went to see Kjersti at her parent's house. Her husband Helge and two sons Emil and Jakob were also there and I had fun playing the piano with them.
We headed south again on Monday and stayed at my aunt's and uncle's in Trondheim. They hadn't seen Abi before either. My cousin Johannes was there too, and the day after Elin, Theodor (2 1/2) and Synnøve (6 months) dropped by. Both Theodor and I loved playing the little synthesizer that was lying around. Theodor is very good at jumping which is one of my current favoruite activities of course - just have to practise some more until I get it right.
